How long does delivery take?
Most of our NZ-made pieces are made to order, with a typical production lead time of 1-2 weeks depending on the product. Imported items (like our MLILY range) generally ship faster, often within a few days. Exact timing is confirmed when you order.
What is a split mattress, and how do I order one?
Several of our NZ-made mattresses can be built as two halves joined by a zip, so you and a partner can each choose a different feel. It's a customisation, not a standard listing option — get in touch and we'll arrange it for your size and feel combination.
Can I see products in person before I buy?

What's your warranty?
Warranty terms vary by product and are listed on each product page — most of our NZ-made pieces carry a 5 to 10-year warranty. Check the individual listing for specifics.
